Tramaine Brock was bron August 20, 1988 and graduated from Long Beach Senior High School in Long Beach, Mississippi. During his high school career, Brock recorded 57 tackles and 4 interceptions as a junior. That same year, he also rushed for 690 yards with five touchdowns and caught 14 passes.
After receiving offers from Mississippi, Southern Miss and Tulane, Brock chose to attend one of the nation’s top junior college programs: Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Tremaine Brock helped the Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs to a perfect 12-0 record and 2007 NJCAA national championship. Individually, he collected 59 total tackles and seven interceptions.
Tremaine Brock is ready to perform for the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football team. University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football Coach Tim Brewster is excited to help Brock develop into a Big-10 athlete with his speed and stamina.
Tramaine Brock left the University of Minnesota in early 2009 due to academic reasons. Tim Brewster is confident that Tramaine Brock will be back in time for the fall semester.
