Nick Tow-Arnett is a 2003 graduate of Redwood Valley High School where he competed in football, basketball and baseball.

After redshirting his 2005 season with the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football team, Nick Tow-Arnett played briefly on three snaps against the Temple Owls in 2006.

Nick Tow-Arnett's 2007 Gophers football sophomore season was the most successful. He played in all 12 game including 2 starts. He also caught 10 passes for 149 yards.
