Nathan Tow-Arnett hails from Redwood Falls, Minnesota. He graduated from Redwood Valley High School in 2008 and comes to the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football team as a freshman.

In 2008, he was redshirted and was a scholar-athlete award winner. In 2009 as a freshman, he did not see any action. In 2010, he did play at all as a sophomore.
