Dave Ramlet grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Attending Xavier High School, Dave Ramlet was a first-team all-conference and all-area as an offensive lineman as a senior in 2009. He served as a team captain last season and was named his team’s Most Valuable Offensive Lineman in 2009. Dave Ramlet helped his team to a conference title in 2009.

In 2010, Dave Ramlet will be a freshman for the Minnesota Gophers. Dave Ramlet redshirted the 2010 season.
