Bryan Klitzke will join the University of Minnesota Golden Gopher football team for its 2008 season as a defensive back. Klitzke is from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and graduated from Chippewa Falls High School.

In 2007, Bryan Klitzke was a walk-on and redshirted in his first season. In 2008, he did not see any action. In 2009, he recorded seven tackles, mostly on special teams, and saw action in 12 games total. He earned his first varsity letter and was a member of the Big Ten All-Academic Team. He played in 11 games last season and recorded four tackles as a member of the special teams unit and a back up in the secondary.
