Adam Weber was born on August 3, 1987 in Shoreview, Minnesota. He attended Mounds View High School in Minnesota before joining the University of Minnesota Gopher football team in 2006 where he redshirted as a freshman.

In high school, Adam Weber was a three-time all-state and all-conference. He was named conference co-MVP his senior year and was his team’s MVP three times. In his senior year, Weber completed 137 of 250 passes for 1,913 yards and 14 touchdowns. On his career, Weber completed 320 passes on 598 attempts for 4,771 yards and 35 touchdowns. The quick-footed quarterback also rushed for 1,519 yards and 28 touchdowns during his career. Weber was also a basketball, baseball and track athlete in high school.

Adam Weber’s father, Bob, was a three-year letterwinner with the University of Minnesota Gopher football team.

Despite a tough Gopher Football Season, Adam Weber recorded some impressive stats for a freshman. Weber started all 12 games and completed 258 of 449 passes for 2,895 yards and 24 touchdowns. Coach Tim Brewster will be looking for Adam Weber to continue to lead the Gopher Football team offense this year.
