Aaron Hill was born on September 5, 1990 in St. Charles, Missouri.

Aaron Hill had an outstanding career at Lutheran High School. As a senior he was first-team all-state, third-team all-metro selection, and conference player of the year honors. He got conference honors as a running back and linebacker in both his junior and senior seasons. Aaron Hill holds Lutheran High School records for touchdowns scored and total yards, as well as being a two-time team MVP.

In 2009, Aaron Hill was redshirted after making the team as a walk on. In 2010, he playe din all 12 games and even made two starts. He recorded 14 tackles.
