The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football team boasts 5 wins in bowl games, recent NFL draft picks including Dominique Barber, Greg White, Thomas Tapeh, and Matt Spaeth, and a rich history that dates back an unbelievable 123 seasons.  Under the guidance of head coach Tim Brewster, the Golden Gophers football team completed the 2007 season with a record of 1-11 and looks to the upcoming 2008 season to improve their play.
